Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You must not be prohibited from using our service under applicable laws

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

Acceptable Use

How Credits Work

• Credit Purchase: You purchase credits to generate AI gift recommendations
• Credit Usage: Each gift recommendation request consumes 1 credit
• Credit Balance: You can view your current credit balance in your account dashboard
• Credit Expiration: Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated

Pricing & Billing

• Current Pricing: Starter Pack ($2.99/5 credits), Value Pack ($6.99/15 credits), Premium Pack ($12.99/30 credits)
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• No Subscriptions: All purchases are one-time transactions

Refunds & Cancellations

• Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used
• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be considered for unused credits on a case-by-case basis
• Technical Issues: If our service fails to deliver recommendations due to technical problems, affected credits will be refunded

Referral Program

• Referral Credits: New users receive 4 total credits when signing up with a valid referral code (2 base + 2 referral bonus)

• Referral Abuse: Gaming the referral system may result in account suspension
• Referral Terms: Subject to change; current terms available in your account

AI Technology

Our gift recommendations are generated using advanced AI technology (including OpenAI's GPT-4) that analyzes your quiz responses to suggest personalized gifts.

No Guarantees

Important Disclaimers:

• Gift appropriateness depends on factors our AI may not fully understand
